Monday: Pasticcio di lasagne
Tuesday: “Pasta alla Norma”
Wednesday: Little meat parcels.
Thursday: Aubergines with Parmesan cheese
Friday: Lemon ice

Individual rate per week (10 hours) € 300.00
This includes: guides and touristic material, theorical/practical lessons
and ingredients necessary for the recipes.

The recipes could vary according to the availability of the ingredients.
