1. What is Total Quality Management ?
It is an international model for Quality that has helped halisaClub define a Self-evaluation system and plans for continued improvement. On the Internet there is ample literature to be consulted on TQM from prestigious international Boards.
2. How can we measure the efficacy of this Model?
The efficacy of the TQM system layout in halisaClub is measured by means of initial and final evaluations for all the services and for the methodology, carried out by the students and the staff of halisaClub. The metrics (indicators, scales, threshold values) are defined in adherence to those which you will find on the sites of the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management).
3. Can official certifications be obtained by applying to the TQM model?
The great results, in terms of quality, coming from the application of such models have suggested that halisaClub move toward, always in a more structured way, the application of the TQM policies so as to participate, in coming years, in the Premio Qualità Italia (PQI), a prize of excellence awarded to the organization which best adoptes and capitalizes on these principles of Quality.
4. Which are the most important sub-programs for halisaClub Quality?
Among the principal programs we indicate the Customer Satisfaction Program, the Didactic Proficiency Level program, and the Safety & Security Program.
5. How does the Customer Satisfaction Program operate?
It is a sub-program based on 4 categories of evaluation measurements and corrective actions:
o didactic method
o quality of communication
o availability of services
o environmental quality
Each category is measured by means of some questions proposed to our guests, and it is evaluated through specific feedback, in a scale from 1 to 5.
Feedback provides specific actions regulated by TQM-guided principles for constant improvement in the specific area.
6. How does the Didactic Proficiency Level program operate?
It contains those measurements adopted by halisaClub to certify all of the teachers every year.
The method considers his/her initial qualification and experiences, and also the efficacy of his/her didactic activity. The results are measured from the average between the students' feedback and the learning level (initial and final test) of all students attending the same class with a specific teacher.
7. What is the Safety & Security Program?
It is a program specifically addressed to those members who attend the residential language School of halisaClub, and it is planned to guarantee the participants' security and their maximum comfort! It is a fee-paying program and it is optional; halisaClub offers this service in agreement with a specialized Insurance Company. For detailed program and specific conditions, look up our site's specific section dedicated to the program.
